Custom Design

From sample requirements to stable production, Junying supports equipment selection, mold and mold-carrier matching, feeding systems, installation, commissioning, operator training, and retrofit planning around the customer's part size, material system, capacity target, and site conditions.

Customers may purchase a single machine or combine high-pressure / low-pressure foaming machines, mixing heads, mold carriers, conveyor lines, and auxiliary feeding equipment for a complete production line. New lines should first confirm product type, mold quantity, target cycle time, and workshop layout; expansion projects should evaluate whether existing equipment can connect to new feeding, mold-carrier, or automatic pouring systems.

Selection Consulting

A stable PU foaming process is usually more than one foaming machine. We help customers define raw-material storage and feeding, mixing-head and flow-rate range, molds and mold carriers, opening / closing method, conveyor rhythm, site safety configuration, and operator training requirements.

To speed up solution planning, please provide the product type, part dimensions, target capacity, material system, existing mold status, automation needs, site power standard, and whether eco-friendly blowing agents are involved.

Installation & Commissioning

Our engineers handle on-site installation and commissioning to ensure the equipment runs stably once it enters production.

Acknowledgement time, on-site arrival, and the expected service window depend on project location, equipment condition, incident severity, and engineer availability. Each is stated in the quotation or service contract rather than as a context-free website promise.

After-Sales Maintenance

We provide installation and commissioning, operator training, spare-parts supply, and technical support to keep equipment running reliably over the long term. Beyond the warranty period, we also offer paid on-site repair, spare-parts replacement, and maintenance, quoted separately based on actual labour and parts.

The warranty period, covered components, wear-part exclusions, and customer-side requirements are defined in the quotation and contract for each machine, so different configurations are not governed by one inaccurate blanket promise.

Equipment Retrofit / Upgrade

We undertake the overhaul, retrofit, and upgrade of polyurethane foaming equipment and production lines — including cyclopentane conversion — for clients at home and abroad. Whether or not the original equipment was built by us, we offer retrofit solutions spanning mixing heads, flow rate, metering, and process, helping legacy lines raise output, meet standards, and phase out ODS. We also deliver complete turnkey PU equipment solutions, with our engineers handling selection, design, and line integration.

Overseas installation and field service are assessed project by project against destination regulations, visa and safety conditions, site infrastructure, and project scale. Scope, travel responsibility, and acceptance terms are confirmed in the contract.
