We provide installation and commissioning, operator training, spare-parts supply, and technical support to keep equipment running reliably over the long term. Beyond the warranty period, we also offer paid on-site repair, spare-parts replacement, and maintenance, quoted separately based on actual labour and parts.

Equipment Retrofit / Upgrade

We undertake the overhaul, retrofit, and upgrade of polyurethane foaming equipment and production lines — including cyclopentane conversion — for clients at home and abroad. Whether or not the original equipment was built by us, we offer retrofit solutions spanning mixing heads, flow rate, metering, and process, helping legacy lines raise output, meet standards, and phase out ODS. We also deliver complete turnkey PU equipment solutions, with our engineers handling selection, design, and line integration.
