Cold Storage Insulation Panel
One-to-three High-Flow High-Pressure Foaming Machine with Multi-Station Line — designed for continuous on-site production of cold storage insulation panels.

Match panel production to the flow configuration
The cold-storage panel setup shown here combines a two-component high-pressure foaming machine, a one-to-three high-flow arrangement, and a multi-station line. The accompanying image illustrates the application. This is a configuration reference, not a fixed specification for every panel. Selection requires panel dimensions, insulation-layer structure, material system, shot requirements, and the existing mold and press arrangement before the mixing head and flow requirements can be evaluated.
Define the press arrangement and line requirements
One-to-three describes the machine-to-press arrangement; it is not a guaranteed production-output figure. Continuous operation also depends on station coordination and mold turnover. Include target output, shifts, panel size range, and an inventory of existing equipment in the quotation request. Central feeding, intermediate storage tanks, and other supporting options should be discussed for the specific project rather than assumed to be included with the base machine.
