It meets the roller-press cell-opening requirements for flexible-foam products such as coach sponge seat cushions and backrests, combining both mechanical and vacuum cell-opening capabilities. The upper vacuum defoaming layer uses three 10HP German vacuum pumps for fast cycle times; the lower layer uses roller pressing, making it suitable for the post-treatment stage after foam molding.
