Comprising a roller cell-opening system, vacuum defoaming system, conveyor system, and electrical control system, the machine covers the full workflow — manual loading, automatic roller pressing, vacuum defoaming, finished-goods transfer, and manual unloading. It meets the roller-press cell-opening requirements for coach sponge seat cushions and backrests, combining both mechanical and vacuum cell-opening capabilities. The upper vacuum defoaming layer uses three 10HP German vacuum pumps for fast cycle times; the lower layer uses roller pressing.
